Maintaining Our Mountain Roads

The Peach Knob Meadows Road Maintenance Association was formed by its property owners to coordinate and fund the upkeep of the private roads that serve our neighborhood.

Our community sits among the ridges above Asheville, enjoying spectacular views and the peace of mountain living — with the shared understanding that maintaining our access roads is a collective responsibility. Annual dues from member properties fund beautification, maintenance, plowing, and emergency repairs.

Board of Directors

The Association is governed by a volunteer board of property owners elected at the annual membership meeting.

Annual Membership Meeting

The annual membership meeting is typically held in the spring of each year. All property owners are encouraged to attend. Meeting notices are sent by email in advance. Special or emergency meetings may be called by the Board as needed.

Meeting minutes and the approved annual budget are distributed to members following each meeting.

Annual Dues

Annual dues are assessed per lot. The current dues schedule was adopted at the most recent annual meeting. Please contact the Treasurer for billing questions or to update your mailing address. Dues notices are sent by email each year before the annual meeting.
